salted caramel cookies

these cookies taste so good they taste unhealthy !
ɪɴɢʀᴇᴅɪᴇɴᴛꜱ:
✩ 1 cup almond meal
✩ 1 Tbsp coconut flour
✩ 3 Tbsp coconut sugar
✩ 1 Tbsp LSA
✩ 1/8 tsp baking powder
✩ 1/8 tsp baking soda
✩ sprinkle of cinnamon
✩ pinch of pink salt
✩ 1 tsp maca powder
✩ 1 Tbsp rice malt syrup
✩ 1 Tbsp loving earth yacon syrup
✩ 1 egg (flax egg if vegan)
✩ 1/4 cup almond milk
✩ loving earth milk chocolate
ᴍᴇᴛʜᴏᴅ:
1. preheat oven to 160 degrees
2.combine all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix
3. add in the yacon syrup and rice malt syrup
4. add the egg and almond milk and then stir until everything is combined
5. chop up your healthy(ier;) chocolate then add into your mix and stir once more
6. line a tray with baking paper and scoop mixture into small balls onto the tray
7. squish cookie balls down and bake for 15 or so minutes or until slightly golden
