salted caramel protein balls

ɪɴɢʀᴇᴅɪᴇɴᴛꜱ:
✩ 1 scoop salted caramel protein powder (i use protein worlds powder)
✩ 1/2 cup cashews
✩ 1 Tbsp of sunflower seeds
✩ 3/4 cup dates
✩ 1/2 tsp coconut sugar
✩ 1/4 cup of loving earth nut and seed cereal
✩ 2 Tbsp of almond meal
✩ 1/2 tsp of rice malt syrup
✩ 1/2 tsp of pink salt (more if you like more salted taste)
ᴍᴇᴛʜᴏᴅ:
1. blitz dates with a tiny bit of water until chunky consistency
2. blitz cashews, sunflower seeds and nut and seed cereal until powder like
3.add all ingredients into a bowl and mix
4.roll into balls (that should make about 12 )
5.roll in some almond meal and place into a fridge to set for about 15 minutes
6.enjoyy!!
