guilt-free brownies

ɪɴɢʀᴇᴅɪᴇɴᴛꜱ:

✩ 1 cup almond meal

✩ 1/4 cup cocoa powder

✩ 2 Tbsp LSA

✩ 1 Tbsp chia seeds

✩ 1/8 tsp baking powder

✩ 1/8 tsp baking soda

✩ pinch of pink salt

✩ 3 Tbsp coconut sugar


✩ 3 Tbsp peanut butter

✩ 2 Tbsp + 1 tsp coconut oil

✩ 1 Tbsp applesauce

✩ splash of almond milk

✩ 1 Tbsp yacon syrup (optional, good for a rich taste)

✩ loving earth milk chocolate


ᴍᴇᴛʜᴏᴅ:

1. preheat oven to 160 degrees

2. add all dry ingredients together into a bowl and stir

3. melt coconut oil in microwave

4. add coconut oil, peanut butter and almond milk into the dry ingreidents and stir until combined

5. add the apple sauce and the yacon syrup and still again until everything is combined

6. chop up your chocolate and place into the bowl and stir once more until combined

7. line a baking dish with baking paper and greece with either coconut oil or baking spray

8. pour mixture into tray and cook in the oven for about 35-40 minutes

9. then enjoyyy!!
